There's a reoccurring character based from Pet Sematary:
"South Park: The Wacky Molestation Adventure (#4.16)" (2000)
- The scene in which the kindergarteners say "we already played with our parents, now we want to play with you" is a parody of a scene from this movie
"South Park: Butters' Very Own Episode (#5.14)" (2001)
- The creepy old man from this movie appears to tell Butters the road to South Park.
"South Park: Asspen (#6.2)" (2002)
- The old man from Pet Semetary shows up.
"South Park: Marjorine (#9.9)" (2005)
- The whole plot about the old farmer who warns Butters' dad not to bury him in the old burial ground
