what is the creature on the poster of ONE MISSED CALL?

On the poster for the American remake of ONE MISSED CALL, what is that strange creature? Does the film have any sort of monsters in it? Because when I looked up the movie it says nothing in the plot about monsters. What is the meaning of this creature? Im just curious. thankss

It's not a creature. For whatever reason the promotion artists decided to take a face and replace the eyes with two open, screaming mouths (with the nostrils from the nose in view over each mouth). It looks like an odd creature at first glance, but it's just a human face with the mouths where eyes should be.

it's not a creature, the film itself has no creatures in it, i recomened watching the original Japanese version of the film, you won't be disappointed.
