i have cable without those movie channels so i got a free preview on xmas weekend and discovered the on demand channels. now that the preview is over i can still go to on demand and access the movies/shows for free or am i mistaken?! they have no price next to them so I'm assuming its totally free yea? and if not how would i find out? i hope any of that made sense lol

When I had cable the only way you got the On Demand channels for HBO or any other subscription service is that you had to subscribe to HBO or the specific subscription service (Showtime, Cinemax, etc). You can try it, but I doubt they will work...

You have to call your cable company. I have comcast and trust me, nothing is free. They give you the previews hoping you will sign up for the channels you need or want. I know if you have HBO, you can have access to HBO on demand. If you want to have the other ON DEMAND channels, you have to sign up for Max, Starz and Showtime. They do charge you. Good luck
