Who's cooler, the Dark Lord Sauron or the leader of the Nazgul, the Witch King (with the cool helmet thing on)?

Seeing that Sauron is a disembodied eye for most of the triology (except for the opening scenese in the Fellowship) it can't be much of a competition. I would have to go with the Witch King of Angmar, particularly for his wonderfully cool battle scene against Eowyn.
