plz suggest the name of an old low budget movie(indian)?

its of 80's or 90's era, genre is mystery, drama.. its about a sacred well 'JOGIYA KUAN' which has magical powers to cure any disease but has lost its powers as it had become unclean due to many deaths and injustice done by villagers. a farmer whose child is sick has to clean it as well as get the confessions of all those who had done injustice so that he can cure his child.....(its an amazing movie i had seen many years back on tv but am unable to find it. plz help me out)

in tamil nenjil oaar aalayam that is in hindi dhil ek mandhir the film casted ordinary stars and shot quickly in less than a month in those days the expenses were very low only
