Harry Potter was drawn to Cho's good looks and developed a crush on her when she was in her fourth year, and asked her to the Yule Ball in the next, though she had already agreed to attend with Cedric. Still, Cho treated Harry kindly, such as in refusing to wear a Potter Stinks badge during the Triwizard Tournament.

In her sixth year, Cho began to return Harry’s feelings, though she felt somewhat guilty for doing so, considering the recent murder of Cedric Diggory. She joined Dumbledore's Army and became nervous whenever Harry was nearby. They shared a kiss under the mistletoe around Christmas, but this was spoiled by Cho beginning to cry, and Harry being at a loss for how to respond.

The two went on a date in Hogsmeade on Valentine's Day, but Cho’s feelings for Harry were confused because of her continuing grief over Cedric’s death and Harry’s discomfort with discussing it. She also became jealous of Harry’s friendship with Hermione Granger, and in a moment of weakness and insecurity, ditched the date. Harry, who was inexperienced with girls, found Cho’s behaviour very confusing, especially when she tried to make him jealous and to gauge his feelings for her by mentioning that Roger Davies had asked her out. Thus, their relationship was already strained when Marietta Edgecombe betrayed the D.A. and Cho stood up for her, angering Harry. After that, their relationship simply “fell apart”.

When Cho saw Harry on the Hogwarts Express in 1996, she avoided him, and Harry reflected that they were too embarrassed to even look at each other, let alone talk to each other. However, by 1998, any negative feelings on Cho's part seemed to have vanished, as she offered to escort Harry to Ravenclaw Tower just before the Battle of Hogwarts. She was disappointed when Ginny Weasley fiercely suggested that Luna Lovegood escort him instead, suggesting that Cho may still have had some feelings for Harry or simply wanted to resolve any of their lingering issues so that they could be friendly again.

Cho remained loyal to her school and to the D.A., returning after she had graduated to participate in the Battle of Hogwarts. She survived the war and eventually married a Muggle.

In the Half Blood Prince Cho Chang and Harry really aren't mentioned together but there are a few parts where he sees her and they share some tension and he knows he doesn't like her anymore.

Okay so in the 5th book, Order of the Phoenix, Harry finally has the courage to ask her out, and kiss her. They have a fight and break up. They don't really hate each other they just don't like each other anymore. In the sixth book Cho Chang isn't important. Harry begins to see his feelings for Ginny(they have always been there, he just never realized it). Ginny and Harry go out in the sixth book but after Dumbeldore's funeral they break up because Harry wants her to be safe. 19 years later they are married and have 3 children.

Cho is one of the first students to believe Harry's declaration of Voldemort's return in Order of the Phoenix, and when invited by Hermione to join the D.A., Cho reveals that her parents wish her not to take part in any anti-Ministry relations, but she joins because she is determined to fight against Voldemort and avenge Cedric's murder. Cho initiates a kiss with Harry after the last D.A. session before the Christmas holidays; much to Ron's amusement, Harry describes the kiss as "wet." Harry and Cho go out on a date on Valentine's Day, but her sustained grief over Cedric's death, her ill-founded jealousy over Harry's friendship with Hermione, and Harry's lack of knowledge about girls all make for a miserable experience. Their relationship is damaged after the outing, and it ends permanently when Dumbledore's Army is exposed following Marietta's betrayal of the group to Umbridge. Cho defends her friend's actions by saying that Marietta simply made a mistake, and labels Hermione's secret anti-treachery jinxing of the group's list of names a "dirty trick". On the train back to Kings Cross, Ginny reveals that Cho is now dating Michael Corner.

Harry was into Cho from when he noticed her during Prisoner of Azkaban in the Ravenclaw vs Gryffindor quidditch match until Marietta (Cho's friend) ratted out the DA in Order of the Phoenix (so this includes all of Goblet of Fire. This is what happened in the book - in the movie Cho is the one that dimes out the DA, but it was under influence of Veritaserum (the truth potion). Harry starts to notice Ginny as more than a friend during Half Blood Prince, especially when Harry and Ron catch Ginny making out with Dean. The couple finally hooks up after the Quidditch final in HBP.

Cho, hooks up with Michael Corner (Ginny's former boyfriend) at the end of Order of the Phoenix after Ginny dumped Michael for being mad at losing to Gryffindor in the Quidditch final. Harry and Cho mostly avoid each other during Half Blood Prince (he sees her duck into her compartment on the Hogwarts Express to avoid him, while just about everyone else on the train has been gawking at him). Cho seems interested in Harry again in DH when she volunteers to take him to the Ravenclaw common room to look at the bust of Rowena Ravenclaw to see what the diadem looks like, but Ginny quickly steps in and volunteers Luna instead. JK Rowling revealed that she later marries a Muggle.

in 5th cho chang breaks up with harry.bcoz her friend tells umbridge about their da mettings.and cho chang defends her even after betraying everyone.and harry did n't like it.so they split up.

harry had always felt an affection for ginny once cho left harry however did n't go out with anyone else until the end of 6th.harry was afraid of how ron would take it if harry kissed ginny.it all changed after ron went out with lavender and broke up with her.later ginny broke up with dean and was free.at that time harry and ginny got together.aand finally they marry and have 3 kids while ron marries hermoine .

cho chand then starts dating with michel (who was an ex of ginny)he is in the ravenclaw quidditch team along with cho.

Harry kind of got pissed at Cho after her friend Marietta spilled to Umbridge about the D.A. in the 5th book. Harry gradually found himself becoming more attracted to Ginny since she was less shy around him and spoke up more often.

Nothing. She ends up going out with another quidditch player, and Harry, well...you need to read it yourself!

Incidentally - Harry has an 'interaction' with Chang in Deathly Hallows, much to the annoyance of Ginny!

They have already broken up in OOTP

Harry kisses Ginny and they are in a relationship.

Thankfully, Cho is forgotten.

In book and movie six she just kind of disappears. She makes a short comeback in book seven, but they probably won't put it in the movie because it is so short and the actor probably won't want to act in such a short role, but you never know.
