Who is a big fan of the live action Alvin & The Chipmunks?

Question

Now this question is just for fans of Alvin & The Chipmunks and their female couterparts, The Chipettes. Mainly for fans of the new live action CGI Chipmunks and Chipettes.


Ross Bagdasarian and Janice Karman created a cartoon tv series for Alvin & The Chipmunks back in the 80's. Well in recent years, back in 2007 there came the first live action movie of Alvin & The Chipmunks. I heard Ross and Janice wanted to bring the Chipmunks and Chipettes in the real world for a long time. The 2007 live action CGI Alvin and The Chipmunks movie also had a sequel released in 2009 and was to reintroduce the Chipmunks female counterparts from their original series in the real world. Before the movie, many fans were excited about the Chipettes coming to life in the real world, but after the movie was released many people kept saying bad things about them and the Squeakquel itself. They also said things like Ross and Janice ruined them.

Now I really don't understand, I think the new live action CGI Chipmunks and Chipettes look pretty cool and cute at the same time.

Now does anyone on here have a facebook account? Well after I found out the live action Chipmunks and Chipettes are in danger, I decided to create a facebook group page to support them. I heard it is possible after the third and final live action Alvin & The Chipmunks movie which is so far set to be released on December 16, 2011, the live action Chipmunks and Chipettes may be no more. The live action Chipmunks and Chipettes are dying and not many people know it. I am trying to keep them alive. I for one really like the new live action CGI Chipmunks and Chipettes.

The Chipmunks and Chipettes are not cartoons, they are chipmunks, talking and singing chipmunks to be exact. I wish people would see this is what the Chipmunks and Chipettes were meant to look like all along.

So anyone with a facebook account, please like the facebook group page I created. So when you get on facebook type in the search "Keep The Live Action Chipmunks and Chipettes Alive". Hopefully you can find it, and when you do please click the like button on the page.

Also please no rude comments, I am doing this to support the live action Chipmunks and Chipettes and try to keep them alive. I am just trying to help them. Ross Bagdasarian really wants to continue with the live action CGI Chipmunks and Chipettes but if too many fans keep saying they want the original chipmunks back from the 80's, Ross and Janice will drop anymore actions they are wanting to do with the live action Chipmunks and Chipettes and go back and just work back on the cartoon Chipmunks and Chipettes.

I for one want them to keep working on the new live action Chipmunks and Chipettes, now how about you, are you in? Let's Save Them!

Yes! Trust me when I say this. Ross Bagdasarian And Janice Karman consider Alvin, Simon, And Theodore as part of their children. Ross @ Janice have both said in person, that they always hope that the Chipmunks will be doing the next big thing. Yes, Ross Jr. and Janice are starting to get up their in age. But they have also been doing this since 1978 when they decided to revive the chipmunks. Plus there have always been large lulls in the action between CD album releases, and cartoons. Like the large gap between the 1993 final season of The Chipmunks Go To The Movies cartoon, and the first live action movie in 2007. I think also the only CD album to come out in between there was The A-Files Alien Songs, and Club Chipmunk The Dance Mixes, CD albums. Plus don't forget that Micheal and Vanessa Bagdasarian, are now in their early 20's and are now helping out as personal assistance to Ross and Janice. They do gain control of Bagdasarian Productions, and Chipmunk Records after all when Ross and Janice retire. Plus with Ross Jr. being a non practicing lawyer, I can tell you that He knows what Micheal and Vanessa, must know before their able to take over the reign's of the Chipmunk empire. Plus they did hint that they might be working on a new animated Cartoon.Key word though, HINTED that they might be working on a new cartoon. It's not guaranteed to be happening yet.

Unfortunately, I do not have a facebook account, but I give them my support all the way! It's a shame that might die out because the Chipmunks have been at it for about 52 years now and the Chipettes have been at it for about 30 years.



I wish that they will continue to make CGI Chipmunk movies till the end of time! Ross Bagdasarian Jr (or maybe his wife) did mention something about creating another Saturday morning show in some interview. I don't know if it will be CGI or cartoon, but I do want to say this "Long live the Chipmunks and the Chipettes!"



I know that Ross and Janice did sue Fox because Janice contributed to a large portion of the story line of the Squeakquel that ended up in the final production, but they never paid here. So, Janice sued Fox with support from Ross. Ross also had something against them. He says that they didn't take advantage of the merchandising opportunity (I quite agree with him on that) and supposedly tore the licensing agreements with Fox.



I do have high hopes for the Chipmunks and the Chipettes though because Ross and Bagdasarian had some struggles with Universal Studios too. When they ended the licensing agreements with Universal, that paved the way towards Fox. Perhaps they'll find a different company to go with. Whatever happens, I believe they will make more movies.

I'm really a much bigger fan of the 80's Chipmunks and Chipettes.But don't get me wrong I still support the live action CGI Chipmunks and Chipettes I'll always support them no matter what.Their the Girl's N Boys of rock and roll and they always will be.The live action one's are pretty cute and cool like you said but I hate that they don't look the same and I hate that they don't wear the same clothes and I hate that Alvin doesn't wear his cap and I really hate it that Ross and Janice aren't doing their voices in the live action movies.But I agree now they are really real Chipmunks and really real Chipettes that can talk and sing.I wish people would not say mean things about The Chipmunks and The Chipettes.Well I still really want the original Chipmunks and Chipettes back from the 1980's.But like I said I will keep on supporting them.

They're comming out with a new TV show after the third movie comes out. Ihave a friend on the inside. lol this will probably be the last movie in the trilogy, but they may make more.episodes of the new show... some will be re makes from older episodes (like sploosh. the guy I kno has already seen the live action jeanette and simon kiss. the episodes are already made, but they're waiting to put ithem on air) and some will be entirely new. also have you seen the plot for the next movie? I did a blog about it. =)
