I am obsessed with the show and have been watching it for years! I just saw the Last Airbender Movie and I absolutely LOVED it!!!!! I don't get why people are saying the movie is crap and not worth watching, when the graphics were great and the actors looked like the cartoon's. (Yeah having Jackson Rathbone as Sokka was pretty gay) but everything else was perfect. If you've seen the movie and thought it was crap id like to know why?? if you haven't seen it, i suggest you go and watch it!!! as a huge fan of the show, it was AWESOME! : )

I LOVE the movie. I understand that trouble that Night had in condensing the whole first season into a two hour film, but I believe he did a good job. The only part I hated was the different pronounciation of Aang and Sokka. Other than that film was awesome.

Okay, it was awesome because you are a big fan but see, for people who haven't even seen the series, it doesn't make much sense. Did you not notice something in the movie? Like the fact they gave him the water bending scroll in a earth bending camp!?! Or the fact that his name was changed to Ong!? Or that Katara is supposed to be highly attractive and she just looks like... a 12 year old? She's 14 in the cartoon as I know it. The char that played Aang looked pretty retarded at some parts. And the entire freaking fire nation was Indian. What. The. Heck. M. Night Shamalayn or w/e his name is can't direct that great. The Last Airbender? More like his last chance. Direction wise, it partially sucked. The bad things got changed.

His graphics were good, actor choice nice.... It was, over all, a 6 out of 10.

i think that mostly the people who watched the whole series were upset because the series was so great and the movie was rushed and confusing. Having the main characters that were good white, and the bad characters dark wasn't very professional. Racist actually. Asian extras, Asian writing and Asian names, but no Asian leads. There will probably be another movie since The Last Airbender has reached the line of making another. I personally think that M. Night. is a bit racist because even the casting call said 'caucasian or any other. Of course, you know who they did cast as main characters. But it is final that Toph will be Asian to lower the racist complaining. All together, the movie was rushed and the acting was wooden. BTW. I hope this doesn't offend anyone cause FYI I'm Asian. Hope this helps.

definite, it grew to become into actually terrible. It grew to become into the 1st action picture that I intentionally tried to pass over great chunks of by using heading into the kitchen to make foodstuff, fill up beverages and such. The appearing grew to become into cheesey, the particular outcomes have been the two over-kill or below-developed, and the story grew to become into way misguided and rushed. yet you besides might ought to undergo in suggestions that they did no longer get permission from the creators of Avatar: The final Airbender to create the action picture, it is why they replaced a good number of it, alongside with the call. It additionally explains why they annoyingly tousled the pronunciation of Aang's call.

the writing was crap. i realize that they had about 1,000 things to draw from but they can only use 10, but they picked the wrong 10.
