Should they re-make the Twilight movies?

A lot of people actually thought the books were good. The first movie was more tolerable than the last two. The movies seemed to care more about their moany girl fan base, rather than broadening the appeal of the series....and really didn't care about the books AT ALL....just the revenue. At least in Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings the novels were respected enough to adapt them into good movies. Should the movies have been better made to fit the novels? three years ago, people were saying the books were good...now most people think its garbage.

Hahahahahaha NO. Twilight was an embarassment to American fiction writing. The story was just a fantasy version of secret life of an american teenager. What a shame. The books were nothing special. If anything, poorly written. I think I liked Twilight the movie better than any of the books. Just because Decode made that movie hahaha.

That's the problem. The books weren't good. In a literary sense, they were a nightmare. Stephenie Meyer could not write a coherent sentence with a ghostwriter. The majority of fans (but not all) are part of the moany girls, so that's who the movies catered to.



They should never be remade. They should be buried in a vault, lol.

OH GOOD GODS NO!! Save us from the atrocity that is twilight!! We've already endured one iteration of that horrid story do not put the public through such tortures again. Let it die!! It would be better left in the furthest recesses of worst books ever and never again brought to the light of day

the twilight movie was actually good...great even I thought...and the others..well, you better not ask

they turned the book into this movie where there's this whiny teenager who's so confused that she's off doing such ridiculous stuff..!

that reputation is already made thanks to these crappy hollywood directors who thought Lautner's buff bod and Pattinson's pale sparkly face was more important than the plot itself. now, no matter how many times remake this series, the rep it created aint altering and the people's bashing aint stopping either!

Sure they can remake them, just keep in mind that 95% of the remakes turned out 10 times worst than the original. If you didnt like them before, you really hate the remake.
