Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards, has a web site and looks to be for sale. It was also seen in episode 2 of the Bachelorette just tonight.

I think it does cause it didn't look computer animated, and it would be easier to jut film it in a real house so i imagine it would, but i don't have any proof from the internet, try looking on imdb for film locations
