Im looking for some good horror movies for this Halloween got any suggestions for me? Im not really a fan of all out Gore and mutilation like the Saw movies or Hostel. Iv seen them but I just don't really like them as much. That's NOT to say I hate all movies with gore, I mean I like stuff like the Wrong Turn movies and stuff like that, I just like to have a story that I can get into. My Favorites are movies with Ghosts/Demons, Vampires, anything in that area. So please any movies that you thought were a must see write down in the answers. thanks

Blaze means Ghost Ship..... Feast 1 or 2 ,,,, Rest Stop 1 or 2 ,,,, any of the Wrong Turn movies (1---3),,,, The Strangers,,, Wolf Creek,,,, The Mist,,,, Ghosts of Mars,,,,,Boogeyman,,, Try The 8 Films to Die For (Horror Fest), they have movies like Crazy Eights, Lake Dead, Borderland,The Deaths of Ian Stone... And more along those lines... Along Vampire lines try John Carpenter's Vampires or Interview with a Vampire... These are just a few off the top of my head I will try to think of more.. I hoped I helped...

((Logan)) Oh this is so difficult to narrow down! :) There are a few that I really, really love. An American Werewolf in London (1981) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) The Changeling (1980) The Fly (1986) I'll go with An American Werewolf in London. I've always kind of called that my favourite :) BQ: It's amusing and scary, which is a winner for me straight away, I love comedy and whilst it's not a horror-comedy as such, it has a lot of elements of humour through-out. I like it because it's set in the UK, both the broads and London. It's also got a good soundtrack (who can hear Bad Moon Rising without thinking of this movie?) which features 3 different versions of 'Blue Moon', a song that I've always loved. And of course, it features the BEST werewolf transformation scene of all time, which was made without CGI and all shown on camera (as apposed to the person jumping behind a sofa and coming back up as a wolf, you see it happen) BQ2: Hostel 2 because it's rubbish and crass. And The Orphanage because it scared me so much! (fab movie though) BQ3: Difficult! I think David Cronenberg and John Carpenter win it for me. Tobe Hooper is brilliant at "doing" scary though.
