Ummm ... do you mean a green blade or a green light ... if you're looking for a "green light" the answer is none of them. Otherwise you have a lot of answers.
Luke Skywalker, in ep VI only. Yoda, Kit Fisto, Qui-Gon Jinn. Anakin Skywalker uses a green bladed lightsabre briefly in ep II.
