I only remember this one scene and I'll try describe it as best as I can.
Bruce Lee got into a fight with another person and he finds a stool nearby and uses it as a weapon. It looked like this (maybe shorter).

Well yeah he uses that to fight and he ends up winning. The scene is set in a sort of dusty path. I'm not even sure if it's a Bruce film haha but I'm pretty sure it is.
Can anyone help out?

Never seen such a movie. As far as I know, Bruce Lee was not the type who would use the scenery as weapons; his hands and feet were more than enough.

You know who is famous for using random objects as weapons and have fun with them while fighting? Jackie Chan. But it would take a very big martial arts movie geek to find such a movie, since he ALWAYS uses objects like that one on his movies. Improvisation and humor is a great part of his appeal.
