Like the Lord of The Rings saga (when magic (elves, dwarfs etc.) are mixed with history) OR something like Harry Potter (when there is like another magical world, well, when the story blows your mind away) type films.

SEEN and LIKED:
HP saga(!!!!!!!)
LOTR saga(!!!!!!)
Eragon (loved the book, but NOT the movie)
Prince of Persia (a bit)
Narnia Chronicles (a bit)

DISLIKED:
The Golden Compass (liked it, but NOT what I'm looking for NOW)
Alice in Wonderland (liked, BUT not exactly what I'm searching for NOW)
All Disney Movies
Clash of Titans (too many effects)
The Lightning Thief (not what I'm looking for)
300
Pan's Labyrinth (too sad :( )

and etc (all films with ONLY medieval WARS, but without Fantasy : ( )

So, please give me a movie, with a story set in medieval times with magic in it
OR
a movie, where story takes place in other world (like Harry Potter's saga) with mainly magic in it.

Gosh, thanks for reading, looking forward to your answers. Hope, you can help me. Just do NOT COPY other people's answers, cause that sucks.

Thanks.

I am on the old side of the scale as well, so a couple of my recommends (that are not listed above) are oldish too:

Labyrinth - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0091369/ (takes place in a different world, lots of magic in the mix)

The Forbidden Kingdom - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0865556/ (fantasy, takes place in another world, lots of magic in the mix)

Willow - medieval fantasy setting with magic

Inkheart - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0494238/

Stardust - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0486655/ (takes place in another world, magic galore)

I hope you can bear with me, but I'm going to recommend movies that are older than you are. They are still good, and still worth watching. Alexander Nevsky (Russia, 1938) - This is how you show huge battles without using computers. El Cid (1961) - An epic about Spain's national hero. Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1974) - It may be a comedy, but it is unmatched at showing the "look and feel" of the Middle Ages The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938) - In the end, there can be only one, and his name is Errol Flynn. The Passion of Joan of Arc (1928) - Renée Jeanne Falconetti's performance in the title role has been called the greatest performance ever in the history of movies. The Seventh Seal (1957) - You know the trope about challenging Death to a game to keep him from taking you? This is where it comes from... The Vikings (1958) - Kirk Douglas in the role he was born to play.

Braveheart, Gladiator, Troy, Kingdom of Heaven, King Arthur, The Last Legion, Mists of Avalon, A Knights Tale, 13th warrior,

there are much more I've seen, but not pop up in my memory right now

How about "Legend", "Willow","Dragonslayer" or "Krull". Yes, I know these are all "ancient"; what can I say, I'm an old man :)
