there are 6 movies and each is a story of its own, and anyone who puts them down has no taste.

1st: Rocky Balboa is a street thug, money collector for a local gangster and also loves to box. But, he's not very good at it. When Apollo Creed, the unbeatean champion of the world decides to do a kind of charity deal and offer a no body a chance at the belt, Rocky must try to go the distance to beat him.

2nd: While Apollo won the first fight, the world feels Rocky won because Apollo could not defeat him. But Rocky is retired and married now. After public pressure pushes both towards the ring, Rocky's wife suffers a pregnency breakdown that makes Rocky question his actions.

3rd: Rocky is now champion of the world. He seems unbeatable despite the war of the 2nd fight. 10 defence fights for the belt seem to keep rocky on top of the world. But is it all a lie. Clubber Lang, a hard hiting fighter wants a chance at the belt, and has Rocky's manager worried about Rocky's chances. After Rocky loses both the belt and his manager, Rocky is ready to retire, sure that he is a no body, kept winning by lies, when Apollo Creed steps in and offers to train him, to get him back to his glory.

4th: Rocky is looking at life past the ring, when the ultimate opponent appears. Russia has perfected the boxer. Ivan Drago has super strength and seems unstoppable. After Apollo Creed dies in a personal battle of east vs west in the ring, Rocky makes ir a personal battle and journey to do whatever he has to to defeat Ivan for his friend.

5th: Rocky returns to the U.S. to find out a former accountant had stolen everything they owned. Bankrupt, the Balboa's return to their old neighborhood where Rocky begins working at the old gym and Adrian works at her old pet store. A new boxing manager wants Rocky to take on his client for the title, but after Rocky and Adrian discover the extent of damage Rocky took from Drago, he retires. However when a new boxer tries to get Rocky to take him to the championship with pure toughness, Rocky must decide whats more important.

Rocky 6: (Rocky Balboa)... Its been 25+ years since Rocky was last in the ring, his wife Adrian dead. But he never lost the.... apatite. Rocky's son is tired of being in Rocky's shadow, sure that his success is based on his name. The new Heavy Weight champion has never faced a real challenge. A news group does simulations of generations of boxers and puts Rocky against the champion in a simulation, where Rocky wins. This gets the attention of both the undefeated-untested champion and Rocky. But Can Rocky now 60+ years old possible stand toe to toe with a champion who has never gone the distance.

all of them!! why?? Rocky a million reason it supplies people who wish which you would be able to alter into "a somebody" in case you particularly need it. Rocky 2 reason he comes back to win against Creed Rocky 3 reason he lost his coach and he have been given to lots trauma so he has to start up from the begining yet nonetheless wins. Rocky 4 reason i admire the selection he places in, to kick Drago's a** and the music " coronary heart on hearth" constantly gets me pumped up Rocky 5 reason the guy proves that hes somewhat sluggish and have been given somewhat innovations harm yet hes nonetheless greater appropriate than that lozer Gunn. ROCKY Balboa sucked. the only section i liked became into the final 5 min while he leaves the hoop. (we will forget that one.) Rocky is like hollywood historic previous guy, the scenes, the songs and the fees. every person one runs up those stairs and thinks of ROCKY human beings pay attention "eye of the tiger" and that they think of of ROCKY. "YO ADRIAN" who suggested that? ROCKY DID. who doesnt awaken and dream of being ROCKY????

the original "Rocky" is great - an American classic and a must see.

The rest range from poor to ridiculous. And no, they are not violent. Just badly done.

I think there's 5? Not too sure. They're all great movies except the last one. The last one was TOO emotional lol.
