And what do you think of an Avatar: Last Airbender 2?

It's an old question, yeah. I've seen on MTV where M. Night, the director discuss's his thoughts of a second movie and how Kyoshi Warriors were not important in the story (which I felt a bit upset about seeing as they were important) and he's thinking of making the second movie 'darker' and 'colder'. You're thoughts on this? Honest replies; if you like it or if you hate it, but give me some reasons why M. Night should continue.
I think not. He didn't clearly think if the first movie was a success. Unlike Night, the director of Avatar, James Cameron was it? Great director, he was discussing because his first Avatar movie was a great success, he would like another. M. Night shouldn't continue. He could be a great director, but seeing how his Avatar LA movie when, just....no. It was terrible, not just in the story board, but actors/actresses.
So. C'mon guys...What do you think of the first movie and future second? No abuse or anything!

M.Night oughta be hung from his toenails after that mess he put out. leaving out like 5 main characters altogether was a stupid choice. how the hell do u cut Roku from the movie and have Aang talk to the dragon instead, then leave out the Kyoshi Warriors who have Suki, who becomes the main love interest for Sokka, then tho not severely important but worth a nod, we leave out Jet and Haru. man, that movie from the start was a utter fail. Avatar has the makings of being done in Potter form. there shouldnt jus be 3 movies, Airbender is good for at least 5 or 6 and well worth the time. get a new director, use the damn writers from the series and all will be right.

I thought it was completely awful. And this was before I watched the cartoon in its entirety. Only after watching the series was it even more apparent what an awful job Shyamalan did. Wrong actors, poorly written, and ridiculous special effects were my issues with it. But considering who he is and the number of bad movies he's made I wasn't really too surprised. I think this could have been a great adaptation if done by the right person. I hope the studios boot him and hire someone else.

it pained me watching the movie because as a huge fan of avatar: the last airbender i was worried M night ruined the great reputation the show has, but i didn't. m night's terrible movie adaption of the show has done nothing to mess up avatar: the last airbender reputation. in my opinion, the show is still as great as ever.

Most of the actors were amateur, and the way they acted was not good (for example, Aang talking with his hands). The way they pronounced the names was wrong, i hated that; its Aang not Uung. Compared to the anime, the movie was not good. The idea had potential, but it failed
