I can recommend to you scenes with LOTS of sex-related dialogue and suggestive content in it:

• American Pie (The first one; Although there is one scene of nudity, the plot is based around sex and most of the dialogue is sexual. However, there are implied sex scenes which vaguely depict oral sex and the missionary position. The most infamous scene is where the main protagonist, Jim, is caught by his father, erotically humping a pie)

• Office Space (occasional sex references, here and there. Rumors are spread that the girl that the main guy, Peter, is going out with, had sex with his current boss. Eventually, it turned out to be a different person, who had the same last name.)

• Chasing Amy (there is implied sex in a couple scenes and there is a part where the main guy verbally complains about a threesome that this girl was in).

• Shallow Hal (A classic comedy; there's a scene where Rosemary throws her underwear at Hal and it was bigger than he thought)

• Orange County (Shaun makes out with his girlfriend briefly in his car and his dad tells his ex-wife that his current wife is having multiple affairs. The parents end up having sex, even though no nudity is shown. Lance, the stoner brother, has sex with the staff member in admissions office but nothing is shown)

• Saving Silverman (cunnilyngis is briefly depicted, even though nothing is shown. In the R rated version, Sandy gets topless in the laundromat. Also, Judith, the hot yet psychopathic antagonist, has her cleavage fairly shown throughout the movie. Wayne almost has sex with Judith but she escapes before anything can occur)

• Old School (frequent sex jokes and there are at least two scenes where it shows a topless woman. In one scene, Frank goes streaking and you can see his tooshie/buttocks)

• Wedding Crashers (raunchy dialogue throughout this film and there are snippets of nudity. There's one scene, in particular, where the MILF named Mrs. Cleary, forces John to feel her breasts. Some scenes of implied sex, although nudity isn't really shown, during those parts)

• Boogie Nights (the WHOLE subject matter is based around the porn industry. There are quite a few scenes of nudity and realistic sex)

• Before The Devil Knows You're Dead (Although this is the only movie on my list that I have NOT seen all the way through, this movie is known for its hot doggy style sex scene)

• Swingers (even though there's one scene of implied sex and considering the fact that it's a classic indie film, there are still parts where the two friends discuss sexual stuff through dialogue)

• Step-Brothers (most of it is raunchy dialogue but there is a scene where Dale has sex with his step-brother's wife in a bathroom, but they are clothed, from the waist up, and there is no nudity visibly shown)

• The Man With Two Brains (there is a part where the main guy get flashed by a big-breasted woman, wearing a robe)

• the Austin Powers trilogy (pervasive sexual innuendo and suggestive material, throughout these movies)

Hope this helps!

Established film companies use the profits they earned from previous films they made in the past to finance their new movie projects. New filmmakers take out second mortgages on their homes, invest their own personal life savings, and/or find other individuals willing to invest in their film in exchange for a percentage of the profits. Its possible, too, that they *might* get a bank loan to help finance at least part of the project. Most investors aren't willing to risk large sums of money to invest in a complelely unknown filmmaker or independent studio -- so that unknown filmmaker or new company with no previous track record will be making VERY low-budget films for a while, until or unless their movie wins an award somewhere or gains rave reviews from critics. Then they'll find it a little easier to convince people to invest in their next movie.
