No, you can use your ticket. The Regal FAQ says "VIP Super Savers have restrictions; whereas, Premiere Super Savers, Ultimate Tickets do not. For certain new release films, special engagements and “No Pass” movies, VIP Super Savers are not valid until after the first 12 days from the opening of the restricted movie. Premiere Super Savers and Ultimate Tickets are unrestricted."

I think it would mean if you have free passes, that they're not accepting them for a certain movie. Usually this is when it's a really hot new release. In the very beginning they want to show every single dollar from the moment the movie is released. Because of this, they won't accept any passes at least until the movie has been out for a week or two. However, ask where you see it posted! Then you'll know for sure!

Different theaters have different ideas for what constitutes a pass. If you can't tell from the fine print on your super saver ticket, give the theater a call.

"No Passes" is a rule set by the studio. Basically it just means you can't use a free movie ticket coupon that you get from the regal card. They won't all us to accept those for 10 days after the release for most movies, this doesn't apply to some of them. If you are getting an IMAX ticket for DKR, there is a small upcharge for it.
