what new horror films are good that are out on dvd?

what new horror films are good that are out on dvd? My wife likes scary as **** movies. Loves vampires and many stephen king flicks. I want to pick something out for her without having to ask. What are a few of the best, scariest dvd's that you have seen. The newer the better, but any suggestions are appreciated. Vampire movies are a plus.

The movie "Disturbia" is now on DVD, but, a new movie named "Halloween" will be on DVD soon.

The Descent, Feast, Altered, Slither, Fright Night (vampire movie), Salem's Lot (Stephen King & vampire movie), The Gravedancers, The Abandoned (more creepy than scary), and Jacob's Ladder.

The Saw films. Not many good new horror films. The good ones are all old ones. Get Wicker Man it has just been re-released on DVD.

for a vampire movie, queen of the damned. for some scary movies i would suggest the messengers. although the acting was kinda dumb

I thought High Tension was fab, as well as the Dawn of the Dead remake.

"Decent" .... excellent scary flick! 5 stars on the "creepy" scale.

well, idk any vampire movies, but DISTURBIA is a pretty good movie. its the ONLY movie that ever made me jump. i loved it! good luck!
