What type of Xenomorphs are there?

I know theres the Queen, Drone, Soldier, facehugger, chestburster, runner (dog hybrid...thingy), and the predalien...are there any more though?

There are only 4 types of Xenomorphs. The Queen, the Drone, the Soldier, and the Facehugger. The chestburster is more like an infante stage of the 4 types. All 4 go through it. And as for runner and predalien, these are more like different breeds. You can get any number of breeds of Xenomorph depending on who the Facehugger uses as its host. Lets say there are Xenomorphs on a planet of dogs. You would have Queen, Drone, and Soldier Runners. If you had Xenomorphs on a planet of large birds there would be Queen, Drone, and Soldier flying Xenomorphs.



This brings up the question, well why could the Predalien reproduce without laying eggs? I would assume that in its own right it was a queen. Predators come from a planet that is very savage and full of fierce beasts. Therefore even a Xenomorph egg might have trouble surviving till the Facehugger was mature enough to emerge. Plus the Queen would be a huge sitting target no matter how many drones and soldiers she produced. So, the Predalien, using the DNA of the Predator, evolved in such a way that it could avoid being a target. The Xenomorphs that it produced from there were all either soldiers or drones.



I have to state that this is all speculation due to Xenomorphs being a fictional creature. Hope I helped.
