To put it really simply, a seed is a person who has the movie uploaded to the net and available for someone to download, and a peer is a person who is trying to download the same movie as you at the moment. The more seeds and the less peers, the better. I hope this helps.

Now You Can't Because Its Blocked By FBI Nothing We Can Do About This But You Can Download Net Limiter And Limit The Uploading To 5KBPS Then You Have To Upload Very Less Amount Of MB I Have Downloaded Torrent Of 14GB By Just Uploading 100 MB Use 3G,4G If Available Or WIFI You Will Get Fast Downloading If You Still Get Less Downloading Speed Then You Can Change The Limit To 8 KBPS Me And My Friends Are Using This Trick Don't Use 2G Networking In This Trick.

The higher the better. If you find several results in Google (or whatever), download the highest seeded one.
