I got this note on my lovefilm account but none of the options let me fix the problem, anyone know a tel no or customer service email? I've had no films for over two weeks now. Have been with them 4 years without a hitch.

"Something we have sent to your registered address was returned to us by the Royal Mail, who have advised us it was undeliverable for some reason. In case this causes a problem for your rental dispatches, we have halted dispatches to you. Please contact customer services who will be able to check your delivery address details and help you correct this. You are currently due a dispatch of 2 DVDs - returned on unknown, 15 days ago."

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!! i have no films...and still paying monthly. Checked and my address, bank details are all okay and correct, big rental list, the films just stopped coming...how do i complain?

Trading standards? This company MUST have a complaints email?

I used the free free trials for both of them not too long ago. What i found was Lovefilm is better for watching movies, the interface is much nicer, easier to navigate and has a better libary of movies. But if your looking to watch t.v shows then Netflix is your best option, it offers a wide variety like Prison Break and Dexter.

I have used both personally I prefer love film the catalogue of films is much larger. the streaming package on love film is also cheaper and also gives the option to rent new films ( if wanted ) both have pros and cons but if you want more content then love film is for you . Hope this helps
