The Gravedancers II
Rawhead Rex II: Resurrected
Event Horizon II: To Hell and Back
Alpha Flight ~ Marvel's Canadian take on X-Men
Namor the Sub-Mariner ~ continuing Marvel on the big screen
Tremors vs. Dune: The Worms Turn! ~ Graboids vs. Sandworms
Darkness Falls Again ~ She wouldn't be the first "dead" villain to return.
The Mummy IV: Attack of the Sphinx ~ Now, THAT would be cool, bringing the Great Sphinx to life!
Hellboy III ~ This time, there should be more emphasis on the Cthulhu Mythos of H.P. Lovecraft than in the first movie.
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
I suggest the following:
Peachy Carnehan and Danny Dravot of Rudyard Kipling's "The Man Who Would Be King"
Allan Quatermain MUST return to life, as is indicated at the end of the movie.
Leo Vincey, the tragic immortal of "She" by H. Rider Haggard
Sherlock Holmes ~ whether or not Moriarty returns
Of course, the return of the others would be completely acceptable though Dorian might have to be ruled out. Who knows? If his portrait is painted again...
With all of the interest in comic book heroes and World War II, perhaps they should try Captain America and his sidekick Bucky. I'd also love to see Sgt. Nick Fury and the Howling Commandos. Best of all would be bringing the "Men at War" comic series to life; they're stories in which WWII soldiers/sailors end up on one of those lost islands battling dinosaurs. Although "War Birds" didn't do all that good with this, it still could be a great film, whether with CGI or good ol' stop-motion creatures (much preferred).
