A Tale of Two Sisters is one of my favorite psychological thriller/horror movies and The Uninvited looks suspiciously similar. Is this going to be the American-ized version of the Korean film? If so, does anyone know if they're going to change the ending...I'd like to see it, but not if it isn't the same (since movie tickets in my area are $10.50) Thanks!!

Since U.S filmmakers have screwed almost all of Japanese horror, so I like to think the Uninvinted is the American-ized version of A Tale of Two Sisters and it's usually a bad sign.

Yes, it's the American version. Usually American movies aren't exactly the same as the Japanese one but it is similar. What will probably happen is that it will be along the same lines but have a different twist to it.

No. The "tale of two Sisters" is plenty extra scarier, for my section. "Uninvited" became into very unusual and that i concept it became right into a waste of my time. you need to reveal screen the "tale of two Sisters". i've got self assurance there is in basic terms the Korean version. you need to reveal screen with subs!

Yes it's americanized

OMG I watched a Tale of Two sisters last year (age 11) and I got freaked out

I had dropped my pencil by a low counter which had legs- space underneath

and I was freaked out and just walked away leaving the pencil because it reminded me of the part where an arm sticks out and grabs the girl
