Many, many decades ago, I used to look forward to the series Kung Fu.



I used to also enjoy the Star Trek Series (all of the different series).



There was also an old rerun series of The Joy of Painting with the late great Bob Ross; I was seriously hooked on this series. I didn't paint along; I just enjoyed listening to his mesmerizing voice that made me feel relaxed and at peace. Of course, because of this series, I ventured out, got myself an easel, oil paints and brushes and odorless paint thinner and started painting again after over 40 away from painting, calligraphy and drawing.



Recently, I'd only look forward to Bones. REALLY a great series that came to an end on its 10th season; a REALLY informative and educational crime series that used forensics to solve the most puzzling murder cases for the FBI. I also look forward to JEOPARDY! and Elementary and Sherlock. I no longer even bother listening to the news (snews) nowadays. And Cable programming sucks and its overly expensive.

I have numerous favorite shows, but the best ever?

Probably Veronica Mars. Sass, wit, action, drama, genuine heart, plot twists...it has everything I love in TV shows. Plus it holds up moderately well to rewatching, and it isn't too dated, despite being taken off the air ten years ago now. And, Kristen Bell. I'm a big fan of hers, so anything with KB in it is an automatic watch for me.
