Help me understand Casino Royale?

Question

Can anyone please explain to me these plot points of Casino Royale (Potential spoilers)?
1. What was Ellipsis?
2. How did Le Chiffre know Bond's real last name? Why did the official call him Mr Bond and not Mr Beach when he called Bond to type his password?
3. Was Bond intending to kill Le Chiffre on the night the Africans paid a visit? I thought he was supposed to keep Le Chiffre alive? So what's with the gun delivered in the parcel Vesper unwrapped in the lift?
4. Who was the man they framed with the dead Africans in the boot?
5. How did Bond know Le Chiffre cried blood if he's never seen that happen?
6. Who was the man who killed Le Chiffre?
7. Why didn't Matthew kill Bond while he was unconscious after torture?
8. Why did Vesper let herself die? Why did she lock herself in the elevator and suddenly pitch backwards while underwater? And why did she mouthing bubbles and reached one arm towards Bond before drowning?
9. Who was Mr White at the end?

I'll try to answer a few of these:



1. Ellipsis is the code used by the guy who tries to send the fuel tank truck hurling at the new airplane. When the guy tries to lose Bond at the airport, Bond tries this code to gain entry to the personnel area in order to find the guy again. It is also a general code used by the bad guys.

2. Bond registered himself at the hotel as James Bond. When Vester appeared annoyed, he told her that it would confuse them.

3. The gun was for his general protection, I don't believe he intended to kill LeChiffre.

4. The man they framed for the dead Africans was one of Chiffre's assistants. If you see the scene at the beginning of the card game, he has two male assistants. One of them is gone by the time of the end of the game.

5. The condition that LeChiffre has, while not common, is simply a human condition. Its not impossible that Bond simply read up about it at some point.

6. The man who killed Le Chiffre was an assistant to Mr. White.

7. Mathis needed Bond's password, he was hoping that Bond would forget what Le Chiffre told him. That's why he asked Bond whether he remembered anything that could help him.

8. This is the one true mystery to me. My guess is that she couldn't bear to live with Bond knowing the truth about her, what she did to MI6 to try to save her old boyfriend, and that she had been lying to him after he gave up his career to be with her.

9. Mr. White is the same guy at the beginning of the movie who introduces the Africans to Le Chiffre. His men save Bond while he was being tortured, but at the cost of recovering the money from Vesper.
