The movie Gone Baby Gone has had it's released delayed in the UK becuase of the McCanns, is this fair ?

I don't think so personally. This is a movie based on the book by Dennis LeHane and is about a child being kidnapped, whilst two PI's investigate. Apparently the release has been delayed because of the McCanns. Now before you say I am being selfish, let me point out that kidnapping happens all over the world regularly, the McCanns are not the only family nor the first, also why should we all put our lives on hold because of one family. Furthermore when Flight 93 and World Trade Center were made those films did not get delayed because of the families affected by the events of 9/11 ? Personally I am sick of the McCanns acting like the world revolves around them, it's time for us to start moving forward and let them sort out the problems of their own negligence.

The little actress in that movie is named Madeline and there is a picture of her holding back her hair in the same way as that picture of Madeleine McCann.

I think it is going a bit far to hold back a movie for them. But the McCann's didn't ask for it to be delayed so they aren't "acting like the world revolves around them."

children go missing all the time all over the world but not with so much publicity,



its for this reason they havent brought the film out, the publicity and media of the story could have a bad effect on how the movie is recieved,
