in AVP2, what happned to the human baby from pregnant lady after the predalien inpregnanted her?

I am curious, where did it go? She was ready to give birth right when the predalien locked mouth with her, this is driving me crazy, any ideas?

I imagine the alien spawn ate the baby in the womb. That is usually what happens when insects lay eggs in a dead carcass for instance. It's so that when the eggs hatch they have an ample food supply.
